Vendor and Sponsor registration
Vendor spaces are $30 each, first come and first served. Setup begins at 8 AM. Vendors bring their own table, chairs, and cloth, with an 8-foot limit.
Use the Vendor portal or Sponsor portal to register as a guest and pay through Stripe. Vendor tables are assigned at event setup. VIP Sponsors choose an available table before payment. Checkout temporarily holds the table; verified successful payment confirms it and sends one registration confirmation email. Failed or expired checkouts release their holds.
Look for the confirmation email sent to your registration address, including your spam folder. If payment is still processing, allow a few minutes before contacting support. Do not submit another payment to resolve a missing email. Include your registration email and Stripe checkout or payment reference in your support request.
Your registration records
No account is required. Keep your confirmation email for your registration reference and event instructions. Confirmed registrations are stored securely and are not deleted by clearing browser data. Contact us if you need help finding your confirmation.

- Include the device type and a short description of what happened.
- Never email card numbers, passwords, or one-time verification codes.
