Milwaukee Big Card Show is hosted by MongTeng. This notice explains how this website handles information.
Information we handle
- You can browse show information as a guest without creating an account.
- Your collector checklist, including item names, categories, wanted or owned status, and notes, is saved in this browser's local storage. It is not synchronized to a shared collection account.
- Authorized layout edits, uploaded layout images, organizer preparation checklists and saved preparation notes also use local device storage. Preparation data is not a shared registration or check-in record.
- Vendor and Sponsor registration collects your contact information, business and registration details, agreement, and any Sponsor image or description you submit. These records and applicable table assignments are stored securely using Supabase to administer the event.
- Payment card details are entered with Stripe. This website stores payment references, amounts and payment status, not your full card number. A registration is confirmed only after successful payment has been verified.
- Confirmation emails are sent through SendGrid to your registration email address. The event organizer and authorized technical administrator receive registration notifications for event administration and support. Sponsor confirmation emails include the selected table once assigned.
- Temporary browser session storage preserves checkout retry information and secure Sponsor table-selection access. Treat a Sponsor selection link as private.
- The hosted website uses Cloudflare to deliver its pages and files. Requests to external services, such as venue directions or your email provider, are handled by those services when you choose their links.
How information is used
Local checklists and saved notes help you plan your visit. Registration and payment records help us confirm bookings, prevent duplicate reservations, assign Sponsor tables, send event instructions and answer support requests. Downloaded collection or preparation files remain under your control.
Sharing and retention
Local saved items remain in browser storage until you remove them or clear that storage. Registration, payment and email records are retained for event administration, support, accounting and applicable legal obligations. Clearing browser storage does not delete registration records, payment records, sent emails or downloaded files. Stripe, Supabase, Cloudflare and SendGrid process information needed to provide their respective services.
Your choices
You can edit or remove individual collection items on the website. Browser settings can clear local data; this also removes saved layouts and preparation information. To ask about your registration or request a correction or deletion, email [email protected]. Some transaction records may need to be retained for accounting or legal obligations.
Children
This event website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. A parent or guardian should submit any Vendor or Sponsor registration for a minor.
Changes
This notice will be updated when data practices materially change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
