Vendor and Sponsor registration
Vendor spaces are $30 each, first come and first served. Setup begins at 8 AM. Vendors bring their own table, chairs, and cloth, with an 8-foot limit.
Use the Vendor portal or Sponsor portal to register as a guest and pay through Stripe. Vendor tables are assigned at event setup. VIP Sponsors select an available table after their payment is verified.
Look for the confirmation email sent to your registration address, including your spam folder. If payment is still processing, allow a few minutes before contacting support. Do not submit another payment to resolve a missing email. Include your registration email and Stripe checkout or payment reference in your support request.
Your saved checklists
Collections, organizer preparation and layout edits stay in this browser on this device. They do not sync between devices. Download any information you want to keep before clearing browser data or changing devices. Confirmed registrations are stored separately and are not deleted by clearing browser data.
Before contacting support

- Include the device type and a short description of what happened.
- Never email card numbers, passwords, or one-time verification codes.
